At Dalyla Coffee, we want to ensure your experience is as smooth and satisfying as your first sip. Below is everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

We currently ship across India.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note, remote areas may take a bit longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel’s journey in real-time.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.

Delays or Issues

While we do our best to get your coffee to you quickly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, festivals, or courier backlogs). If you haven’t received your order within 10 days, please contact us via our website and we’ll help you out immediately.

Address Errors & Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).
