Refund policy

At Dalyla Coffee, your satisfaction means the world to us. While our products are crafted with care, we understand that rare issues may arise. Here’s our policy to keep things fair and transparent:

No Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Replacements for Damaged Orders

We offer replacements only in the case of:

  • Damaged jars or packaging upon arrival

  • Incorrect product received

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or error

  • DM us via Instagram/Contact us via our website with your order ID and video within 48 hours of delivery

Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement request.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us via our website within 3 days of the delivery update. We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue.
